Frequently Asked Questions


1. Are utilities included?
Rent does not include electricity, water or sewer fees. The utilities are separately metered. High speed internet and TV service are available from Hawaiian Telcom. Free high-speed wireless internet is available in the Business Center and Lobby.
 
2. Is parking included?
One space in the parking garage is included in the rent.  If available, an extra stall may be available for an extra fee.
 
3. What are the lease terms?
Lease terms: Minimum 12 months. Longer lease terms are available.

Security Deposit: One month's rent. Call us for any current offers.

Pet Rent: $50 per month per pet (limit: 2 dogs/cats under 50 lbs.). Pet Animal registration and cheek DNA swab required. Breed restrictions:  Doberman Pinscher, Great Dane, Mastiff, Rottweiler, Akita, Bullmastiff, Chow, German Shepherd, Pitt Bulls, Presa Canario, Huskies, Saint Bernard, Malamutes, and Jindo Dog.

Parking: 1 assigned parking garage stall included (extra stall available for additional fee)

4. Do you have any one bedroom units available?
We do not have any one bedroom units available but please contact us at rent@7000HK.com to find out about some alternative options.

5. How do I make an appointment to view a unit?
To schedule a showing, call our on-site leasing office at 808-369-4105.  All tours by appointment only.
